HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each team consists of 4 runners and 2 crew members. Each runner starts from the start line in the official Cheer Zone. Each runner completes a total of just over 11km. Each runner completes Loop 1, runs through the Hand-Over & Cheer Zone, then completes Loop 2. Once both loops are completed, the runner passes the Relay Baton to the next runner in the Hand-Over & Cheer Zone. Each runner to complete this format, with the last runner, finishing at the end of the Cheer Zone at the final finish.

Men's, women's, and mixed teams allowed.

Teams are allocated a 3m x 3m Team Zone plot and can personalise their Team Zones. They are allowed to bring branded gazebos, tables, flags, or any items that fit within this space.

Crew members and waiting runners are stationed within their designated Team Zone and can pass hydration, nutrition, or assist their runners only within the Hand-Over & Cheer Zone.

Every runner on the course must carry the official Ceder Relay Baton at all times and complete both loops in order. The team’s official time starts when the first runner begins and ends when the last runner crosses the finish line with the Baton.

Supporters, family, and loved ones are encouraged to gather around the Cheer Zone where the Ceder Bar will serve cold beverages of choice, alongside the Food Truck Area offering all the favorites.
